またオバマ大統領に英訳した声明をエアーメールで送りました。
Dear President of the United States,
— We ask the U.S. government to abolish the use of SNS to overthrow the Cuban government —
It has been revealed by an Associated Press (AP) report, April 3, that your government created ZunZuneo, a “Cuban Twitter”, to stir unrest in Cuba. The ZunZuneo has been obtaining many members with its true intention hidden. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Cuba made a statement condemning the creation of ZunZuneo by your government on April 6.
United States Agency for International Development (USAID) gathered private information about Cuban ZunZuneo members without their approval. The information gathered was used by USAID to process different profiles by sexes, ages, desires, “receptiveness" and “political tendencies." The intention is to organize anti-Cuban Government people who would set up anti-Cuban Government demonstrations to destabilize the Cuban government through the proliferation of ZunZuneo. In 2009, vast amounts of spam messages, as many as 300,000 during a period of five to six days, were illegally sent to cell phones just to bring about information system crisis in Cuba.
USAID continued to organize sabotage activities by making such elaborate preparations as setting up a dummy company and opening a bank account in the Cayman Islands to hide the flow of the fund. USAID is primarily the U.S. governmental organization which controls independent countries with economic assistance under the banner of “introducing American Freedom and Democracy.” Though ZunZuneo was reportedly terminated in 2012, what has been recently exposed shows only part of U.S. maneuvers of antagonism and
subversive activities against Cuba.
United States of America made a direct military invasion of Cuba immediately after the Cuban Revolution in 1959 to overthrow the Revolutionary Government. Over 600 times of assassination plots of Fidel Castro, ex-First Secretary of the Communist Party, have been disclosed so far. In 1962, USA government decided to put a complete ban on import and export from/to Cuba; the economic sanction policy has been over 50 years long. Ever since the Soviet Union collapse in 1992, USA has applied very harsh sanction rules such as Torricelli Act and Helms-Burton Act to accelerate severe economic sanctions for defeating Cuba. In 1998, USA government unjustly arrested five young Cubans (Cuban Five) who were dispatched to Miami to stop terrorism attacks against Cuba; three of the five are still restrained in prison.
We deeply respect the state of Cuba and Cuban people, and at the same time infuriatingly condemn the US government for subversive activities designed to overthrow the socialism and throw Cuban people into misery. We demand the United States should investigate the recently revealed anti-Cuban schemes. We urge the US government to completely halt any subversive activities.
The Cuban government and Cuban people, despite the long-lasting sabotage actions and economic sanctions imposed by your government, have maintained the socialism to establish a democratic country which aims for a state of world-leading wellbeing , education, and egalitarianism.

ＳＮＳを使った貴政府によるキューバ破壊工作を止めてください。
貴政府は、キューバ国内を混乱させるためにスンスネオ（ZunZuneo）というソーシャル・ネットワーキング・サービス（ＳＮＳ）を立ち上げ、目的を明らかにせず多数の会員を得ていたことが発覚しました。４月３日ＡＰ通信が報じました。キューバ外務省は６日告発の声明を発表しました。
貴国際開発庁（ＵＳＡＩＤ）は、会員に一切知らせることなく、性別、年齢、配偶者の有無、政治的傾向、受容性その他に分類された違法なプロフィールを取得し分類していました。ＳＮＳを通じて「批判的な大衆」をあつめて反体制派を組織し、反政府デモを仕組ませキューバ政府を不安定化させようとしていたのでした。2009年には、キューバの通信危機をもたらすために、5～6日の間に30万回ものスパムメッセージを違法に大規模送信したことが明らかになっています。
ＵＳＡＩＤはスペインにダミー会社を設立し、資金の流れを隠すためにカイマン諸島に銀行口座を開設するなど周到な準備のもとで組織的に工作を行っていたのです。そもそもＵＳＡＩＤは「国際開発」の名の下に独立国家を経済援助でがんじがらめにし、“米国型の自由・民主主義”を押しつけるための政府機関に他なりません。スンスニオは財政難から2012年に終了したと報じられていますが、今回明らかになったことは米国の対キューバ敵視・破壊活動の氷山の一角です。
貴国は1959年キューバ革命直後には直接的な武力侵攻を行い革命政権の転覆を企てました。フィデル・カストロ前国家評議会議長に対しては６００回以上の暗殺計画が暴露されています。1962年には輸出入を全面禁止しその後５０年以上に及ぶ経済封鎖に踏み切りました。92年のソ連崩壊後もトリチェリ法、ヘルムズバートン法と厳しい制裁法を制定し過酷な経済制裁を加速させキューバの息の根を止めようとしてきたのです。１９９８年には米本土からの対キューバテロ活動を中止させるためにマイアミに派遣されたキューバの若者５人（キューバン・ファイブ）を米政府は不当逮捕し、今もそのうちの３人を拘束し続けています。
キューバ政府と人民は、このような貴国による長期にわたる破壊工作、経済封鎖にもかかわらず、社会主義を堅持し、世界的にも有数の福祉・教育国家、平等社会を目ざす民主主義国家を築きあげてきました。
私たちはこのようなキューバ国家と人民に深い敬意を表するとともに、社会主義を堀崩し人民を不幸に陥れようとする貴政府の破壊工作を強い怒りをもって糾弾します。今回の事件の真相を究明することを要求します。今後一切の破壊工作をやめるよう要求します。
